LISTENING GAMES - The Art of Listening

Listening Games is an invitation to rediscover the art of listening - listening to yourself and to others.

To play without judgment, yet with the willingness to open to the present moment, is a simple and powerful way to observe how we relate, how we communicate, and how we connect. Who we are in play often reveals who we are in life.

In this space, listening becomes an active gesture of presence. Each exercise is carefully designed to nurture attention, curiosity, and empathy, creating a vibrant and human space for genuine encounters. The spirit of play acts as a mirror: through it, we begin to see how we react, how we welcome, how we speak, and how we wish to be heard.

The inspiration for this work comes from my training in Listening Games with Brazilian educator, writer, and clown Claudio Thebas, a key figure in the field of listening pedagogy and human connection. This experience deeply shaped my understanding of listening as a bridge of human connection and continues to nourish the work I now share both in my psychotherapeutic practice and within Mindful Art Connections.

Who is this workshop for?

Listening Games is designed for adults and young adults living in Munich who wish to cultivate more authentic and conscious relationships.

It offers a warm and welcoming space for people from different countries who want to connect in meaningful ways - to express themselves more freely, meet new people, or simply practice presence in daily life.

More than a communication workshop, Listening Games is an invitation to be together differently - with curiosity, sensitivity, and sincerity - opening space for encounters that go beyond the surface.

Why “Listening Games”?

We call it Listening Games because each exercise is both a game and a learning field.

A game, because it brings lightness, spontaneity, and humor.

And a learning field, because through play we explore listening as a path toward more conscious, compassionate, and creative ways of being together.
