At the heart of the experience lies the connection between inner life and creative expression. In a contemplative and meditative process, we work with seeds and grains to create images that reveal the generative force of life itself.

Mindful Art Connections workshops take place in different inspiring locations, carefully chosen for their welcoming and creative atmosphere.

Among them are the Werksviertel area near Munich’s Ostbahnhof and the Galerie Kunstwerkstatt in Karlsfeld.

For companies and institutions, workshops can also be held on-site, provided there is a suitable space for the activities.
