 About me

My name is Tayama Ramos da Silva Nielsen. I was born in Rio de Janeiro and spent part of my adolescence in the United States. In my youth, I travelled through different countries, guided by curiosity and a desire to explore the world, until life brought me to Germany, where I have lived since the year 2000. Here I built my family and am a proud mother of two daughters who, every day, teach me new ways of seeing life.

My first training was in the arts. For many years, my creative work was the space where I could explore essential questions about identity, meaning, and transformation. Over time, that same impulse naturally led me toward psychotherapy, where I found a profound and human way of accompanying others in their processes of change.

Today I work as a naturopathic psychotherapist, supporting people as they move through challenging life phases and reconnect with their authentic essence. I believe that behind every difficulty lies an invitation to transformation and growth. In my practice, I offer a space of attentive and compassionate listening, where each person can turn inward, understand their emotions, and build more conscious and authentic paths.

From the union of these two worlds - art and psychotherapy - the Mindful Art Connections (MAC) was born. The project emerged from a wish to create spaces of connection through art and human encounter.

The Mindful Art Connections invites each person to come closer to themselves and to others through creative gestures, sensitive listening, and shared curiosity. I believe that when we open ourselves to artistic experience and to the power of meeting, we also open ourselves to life.
